British Pattern 1895 Drummer’s Sword.

A Victorian 1895 pattern Mark II Drummer’s Sword, having 33cm long double sided blade, with VR cartouche to the cross guard, brass handle, together with brass and leather scabbard. Blade maker marked for ' Mole, Birmingham ' with inspection marks to reverse and spine of the blade. Further inspection marks and a date ' 3/00 ' to handle and inspection marks to scabbard. In excellent, clean condition with a small umber of very minor marks and dents.
