WW2 RAF Pilots' Wings.

A good example of an embroidered WW2 RAF pilots' brevet, probably locally made in India or Africa. Thinly embroidered, creamy/white wings and crown on black wool backed with cotton. Four press studs mounted to the reverse to facilitate easy removal for laundry, cleaning etc typical of wings used in the African and Far Eastern theatres. Good, used condition.
