1863 Presentation Binoculars - Nottinghamshire Rifle Volunteer Interest.

A pair of early binoculars given as a shooting prize by T.M.Williams of the Worksop Rifle Volunteers. They were subsequently won by Col.Sgt.L.W.Latham of the 7th Notts Rifle Volunteers on 01/10/1863. This information is given on two silver escutcheons screwed to the extendable sun shields. Binoculars in good, used condition with leather intact and optics functioning.
