THIRD REICH MARKSMANSHIP LANYARD HEER/SS 2nd TYPE WITH 2 ACORNS.

This is a really super condition/near mint marksmanship lanyard. A second type, which was instituted in 17 Oct.1938. Consists of an oakleaf metal wreath with crossed swords in the center, above that is a closed wing Wehrmacht eagle and swastika. Silver bullion braded lanyard with two additional acorns on silver thread. This designates a higher shooting grade.(5-8?) Nice to have these, as they so often are missing due to age and damage.
