WW2 R.A.F. Aircrew Blouse

A characterful R.A.F. Aircrew Blouse for a pilot with the rank of Pilot Officer. Size 7 ' Blouses Blue Grey Aircrew ', although not dated it bears the inspection marks indicating manufacture in 1942. P/O rank lace machine stitched to the epaulettes with a pair of deeply padded pilots' wings to the left breast. Tunic displays evidence of being well worn, slightly grubby with heavy wear to collar and cuffs
and the addition of lightweight leather patches to the elbows. Other than the wear the tunic is in good condition with only a small 3mm snag to the reverse. Good original untouched tunic.
