WW2 Family Grouping - Wilts Regt Casualty and ATS.

Medals and documents to 4105249 Sgt.Thomas P.Preedy Wilts Regt. KIA on 02/10/1944 and his sister L/275785 Teresa C.M.Preedy A.T.S.
Sgt. Preedy is commemorated on the Groesbeek Memorial his grouping includes his will, IWGC documentation, effects form, War Office letters and a letter from his CO outlining the events surrounding his death. There is a newspaper clipping that may well relate along with medals and packets including the 39-45 Star, F&G Star, Defence and War medals.
Preedy, originally from Hereford was killed in the Elst area whilst serving with the 5th Btn. Wilts Regt and was listed as missing. The letter accompanying this group suggests he was lost when the farmhouse he was in was destroyed by fire.
His sister's Defence medal grouping includes paybook, release book, official release forms, letters and cards. All items in good condition and are as found from the family.
