I have not seen this stick pin before. It’s for the pre-WW2 Third Reich organisation the KDF. Kraft Durch Freude - Strength Through Joy. A German workers leisure organisation. A great little badge for The Hamburg area. Features a Viking sailing ship with the KDF symbol of a swastika inside a cog on the sail. Round metal badge has a red celluloid backing disc. Twisted pin.
