2nd Class Honour Badge of the III Marine Brigade von Loewenfeld. The Brigade was made up of members of the former Imperial Navy - mostly officers, and was involved in the fighting alongside other Freikorps units, against the Berlin strikes in 1919, the Polish rebellion in Upper Silesia and against the rebellion in the Ruhr.
Bronzed, brass cross with manufacturer's details to the reverse with attached ribbon in German national colours, all in good condition.
