NSKK Portable Plaque - Motor HJ Drive in the Harz Mountains.

Bronzed alloy 60mm plaque produced by the NSKK Motorbrigade Niedersachsen in celebration of drive through the Harz region by the Motor HJ on 12 July 1936. Featuring the badges of both the NSKK and the HJ. The Motor-HJ branch was formed by Reichsjugendführer (Hitler Youth Leader) Baldur von Schirach after he became a member of the NSKK. Signs of cleaning to reverse and slight loss of bronzing to edge. Uncommon.
