First Pattern Kriegsmarine National Emblem.

Die-struck first pattern national emblem for use by the Kriegsmarine. Officially introduced in 1934 and then quickly superseded in 1936. Gilded brass eagle with a 50mm wingspan in good, used condition with both pins. Gilding present to the reverse.
