12 Commando Grouping.

A group of items from the estate of George Hodson formerly a member of No.12 Commando. Grouping consists of a modern commando beret mounted with a modern RWF badge and also that of the Commando Association accompanied by a Commando Association pennant. A blancoed '37 Patt. belt and a set of RWF neck ribbons are part of the group along with a Commando Association envelope addressed to Hodson at a Lincolnshire address. The pick of the items however, is the scarce locally made ' TWELVE ' shoulder title which is accompanied by an embroidered
' Commando ' shoulder title which has some loss to one side, probably caused during removal from a tunic.
The ' TWELVE ' title is particularly uncommon and is in good, used condition.
