General Gordon Character Tobacco Pipe.

Clay tobacco pipe with a bowl featuring the face of General Gordon, Major-General Charles George Gordon CB (28 January 1833 – 26 January 1885), also known as Chinese Gordon, Gordon Pasha, and Gordon of Khartoum. Appears to have been unsmoked although slightly grubby from handling but undamaged apart from a small chip to the underside of the stem.
