WEHRMACHT 10X50 BINOCULARS BY KARL ZEISS WITH ORIGINAL CASE.

A great pair of Third Reich binoculars complete with the original hard case.This is Waffanampt marked with small eagle and swastika and dated 1941. Case is in near perfect condition and is complete with partial wide hanging strap with buckle. The binoculars have seen proper substantial use with the leather covering showing hand wear. Marked KARL ZEISS JENA on one lens and DIENSGLAS 10x50 with serial numbers etc underneath. The original leather neck strap is in place, as well as the original leather 'button hole' frog, used to attach to a uniform button. These were brought back as a souvenir by a sailor in the Royal Marines and turned up in my local antique clock shop! Unfortunately no details were taken of the family member. The binoculars work perfectly, need a proper clean and service. One lens is 100% clear, the other has some dust and 'foxing' but no cracks or chips. A specialist service, and you will have a fantastic set of high quality, historical binoculars.
