GOOD EXAMPLE OF 3rd PATTERN FS KNIFE.

Probably made for American export as it has Made In England stamped to upper crossguard. Formed metal ribbed grip has been personalised by painting in between the ribbing. There is a number 4 cast into the upper pommel part. Leather scabbard is in good condition, but is missing the elastic retention and the leather leg tabs have been removed. Blade retains it's shape, has not been sharpened, but has lost 75% of the original blackened/blued finish.
