Original WW2 Deutscher Umsiedler, a processing document issued to a Volksdeutsche allowing movement to the Greater Reich. Pass indicates subject has been X-rayed and checked for trachoma and would have ben worn around the neck attached by a lanyard during the screening process. The document would be exchanged for an Umsiedler Ausweis on successful screening. Scarce survivor of the Third Reich's ethnic engineering.
