WW1 Austrian Mais Schwer Hand Grenade.

Very similar to the ' Zeitzunder ' stick grenade, this heavy fragmentation hand grenade was designed for closer work. Initiated per a friction fuze, this example retains both the fuze and it's removable cover. Good, recovered condition and uncommon.
