Brocade and calf cross belt by Hobson & Sons of London for use by Indian Army Cavalry Officers. Featuring a two piece silver and gilt buckle, again by Hobson & Sons mounted onto a calf lined brocade belt with attached cross strap. All items manufacturer marked and there is a partial paper label bearing an inked name. An example of the high quality accoutrements worn by cavalry officers of the period.
