Brussels Leave Hostels Shoulder title.

Probably locally machine made, shoulder title for the Brussels Leave Hostels of the British Liberation Army. Brussels was liberated in Sept 1944, and a series of hotels and other venues were operated along the lines of NAAFI establishments in an effort to give servicemen a respite from the front. Worn by civilian staff and in excellent unissued condition.
