Inert French 25 x 193.5mm AP Round. Designed with the French canon de 25 mm semi-automatique modèle 1934 which also saw service with British forces as Anti-Tank Gun - 25mm Hotchkiss Mk I on 25mm. Carriage, Mk.I. When the BEF landed in France in 1939 it had insufficient numbers of anti-tank weapons, as a stop gap they were issued 300 guns. 1938 dated case with projectile with it's original coloured tip, in good condition.
