WW1 Cameron Highlanders French Souvenirs

A number of typically French souvenirs sent by British soldiers to family and sweethearts. This grouping of embroidered silk handkerchiefs, and cards contained in an embroidered, padded wallet probably for sewing implements appears to have remained together and is accompanied by a pencilled note ' Accept this souvenir from France.......' and a card from 7th Battalion The Queens Cameron Highlanders. All items in good condition, some wear to padded wallet.
