A seldom encountered 'Double Erel' visor cap for an officer rank Heer Official. With light grey wool piping and cap band on a quality cap body, with alloy eagle/swastika and oak leaves . The cap interior includes the classic golden-coloured silk lining,with the ghost of the Erel trademark beneath the intact celluloid diamond and impressed Erel trademark to the ventilated leather sweatband. A rolled 1943 sheet of the Berliner Illusstrierte Zeitung has been used as padding behind the sweatband. An uncommon schirmutze to an administrative official.
