WW2 Panzer Assault Badge.

Panzer Assault badge by an unknown maker but referred to as the ' daisy ' variant by virtue of the design that appears below the tank's tracks. Semi-hollow, zinc construction with flatwire catch and steel pin and was more than probably a bronze variant judging from the residual finish to the reverse. This design is linked to the manufacturer Schauerte & Hohfeld. Generally good overall condition with misshapen pin.
