WW1 Pair to 2163 L/Cpl.Frank Austin Household Battalion who died 03/05/1917. Accompanying the pair, boxes of transition, partial envelope and Records Office slip. Death Plaque in original slip and card container, Memorial scroll and condolence letter with a souvenir booklet and roll of the Household Cavalry Memorial service at Westminster Abbey in 1919. Also two CWGC booklets for the Arras Memorial. Austin is listed in both of the publications.
Austin was previously from Leeds and was probably killed as a result of the Battalion's operations at Roeux. Accompanied by a small amount of research - MIC, CWGC etc. Medals in excellent, toned condition, some light marking and repairs to some paperwork.
