SS OFFICERS FULL ARMBAND-REMOVED FROM TUNIC.

This is a very nice, classic construction SS officers armband in red wool. Has typical 3 piece construction with the black swastika in moire fabric tape stitched to the white circle, which again is stitched to the red wool base. Nice clean colours, no fraying or damage. There is one small moth hole to the reverse in the corner, it does not notice. There is evidence of a paper label being stuck to the reverse, but this is now gone leaving the adhesive residue. You can see where the armband was stitched to a tunic around the edge, and then seems to have been cut off cleanly along/beside the seam. A very nice, ORIGINAL armband that will display well.
