Vero & Everitt Tropical Helmet advertising card.

350mm x 500mm reinforced card advertising plaque for Vero & Everitt's Tropical Helmets. The well known hatting company based in Atherstone, Warks with a retail presence in London continued to supply hats to the Government and the public until their closure in the 1980's. This card was with others in packaging which suggested a date C1920. Vero & Everitt produced a great many of the Wolseley pattern helmets worn by officers and men as well as a great number of Bush hats. Item in excellent condition and has a string for hanging or an integral stand. Ideal backdrop for a collection of tropical helmets.
