WW2 Far East POW Group.

Small grouping to 4976475 L/Cpl.L.Ollerenshaw 1/5 Batt Sherwood Foresters. Comprising 39/45 and Pacific Stars, War Medal and Territorial Efficientcy Medal ( Pte ), King's Badge , Notts & Derbys cap badge, 1939 Regimental Postcard and three POW letters.
It would appear that Ollerenshaw served in France before heading to Singapore in October 1941 as part of 18 Div. He was captured there in 1942 with the other members of 1/5th Sherwood Foresters and ended up in No.4 POW Camp Thailand.
