THIRD REICH CIGARETTE OR CURIO BOX-DAGGER RELATED.

Not really sure how to describe this, bit it is a great little item. I think it's a cigarette box, but could also be for a number of things. Quite small, 4"x4" squre, just big enough for war-time cigarettes. Silver plated over tin? The lid of the box has a super cast sprig of oakleaves with a 1st Pattern Luftwaffe dagger as part of the casting!! Very neat. It is made beautifully and was perhaps a desk cigarette case for a Luftwaffe officer etc. Never see one like it. Interior in lined with wood. Beautifully made, and would excellent with a Luftwaffe collection.
