WW1 Khaki Drill jacket or more properly a ' frock ' for wear by a private of the Royal Army Medical Corps. KD material with plain stand collar, shoulder straps with brass ' RAMC ' titles and two box pleated breast pockets. 2 First Aid badges to both arms, 5 button closure with belt supports and the name ' Percy James ' pencilled to the interior. This early pattern of frock is often associated with the Boer War but continued to be worn well into WW1 alongside the modified KD pattern. This tunic is accompanied by several photographs including one showing the tunic being worn and inscribed ' Palestine 1918 ' to the reverse. In excellent condition with minor marks and wear.
