VERY STRANGE AND UNIQUE EARLY THIRD REICH BANNER TOP!

Something I have never seen before. Purchased from a garden antique flea market in Germany. This is an all brass banner top made to hang a flag or banner of some description from the side. Made of tubular brass and has gathered a lot of patina in the last 75+ years. Is designed to fit onto a wooden pole of some descrition and lock into place with a removable bar. The bar unscrews and will slide into the cloth folds of a small hanging banner. There is a brass disc swastika to the top and the hanging arm is decorated with swirls and loops! Cleaned up and with a suitable square banner, this would look excellent.
Have shown in the pictures size relevant to a UK front door etc.
