4 Commando shoulder title

Early, embroidered , plum and white on blue shoulder title for No.4 Commando. This particular pattern replaced the ' Special IV Service ' title in late 1941/ early 1942 before it too was superseded by the all red pattern. This example in excellent, used condition with glue residue to the reverse much of which is removeable with care. Scarce, early title.
