VERY UNUSUAL HITLER YOUTH BELT AND BUCKLE.

I have had many HJ belts and buckles, never a belt like this though. It is made of a thick but flexible brown plastic, looks and feels quite strange. Made in the normal fachion, but brown plastic. I have had HJ knives with the plastic belt loop and snap clip, so I know the Germans were experimenting with early plastic products. Belt and buckle seem to have been together for ever. Buckle has lost the retaining loop for the belt and is covered in brown patina, makes it look gold!! There are maker markings on the buckle, but I cannot make tham out. An unusual late war production I am sure!! Very small size belt.Rare
