20th (Pals) Battalion Manchester Regiment Casualty Group.

War and Victory Pair to 40395 Pte.Albert Augustus Clark of " A " Company 20th (Pals) Battalion The Manchester Regiment (5th City). He was killed on 15/05/1917 age 22 and is commemorated on the Arras Memorial. The pair come in the original box and are in the original envelopes with lengths of contemporary unused ribbon. Accompanied by the Medal Record Office slip dated 1922 and a contemporary framed and glazed Casualty Scroll. All items are in excellent condition with the exception of the medal box which has had it's corners broken. The framed scroll is in particularly good and attractive condition.
