1869 Remington Rolling Block bayonet and frog.

An excellent un-messed with example of an 1869 Remington Rolling Block bayonet. German made example by Alcoso that has clearly seen service with the French undoubtedly as part of the re-directed order of 1870 when the Eygptians failed to pay. Scabbard still retains 90% of it's original black paint finish and is complete with a scarce original leather frog. Frog is in supple condition and is marked ' Boutry ' to centre arm. Uncommon to find an ' as issued ' piece.
