WW1 Geman M.17 Gasmask and container.

A good example of the WW1 German Model.17 ledermaske. Contained in it's original M.17 container with spare lenses to the lid and all carrying straps. Mask in supple undamaged condition with intact celluloid lenses ( 1917 dated ) and undamaged, sprung loaded straps. Various inspection stamps and date marks ( 1917 ) present on mask and filter, filter with minor corrosion spots. Feld Gray painted, japanned container with various dents and areas of paint loss, also 1917 dated. Excellent, honest example.
