Cameron Highlanders dress shoe buckles.

Cased set of Officer's dress shoe buckles. Late Georgian/ early Victorian gilt shoe buckles for wear by an officer of the Cameron Highlanders. The gilt and leather buckles are rivetted on to a blued steel backing with steel retainers marked left and right. Similar construction for the smaller strap buckles. All contained in a velvet lined , leather covered box. In excellent, clean condition with some minor corrosion to reverses and slight scuffing and marking to box.
