WW2 POW Tin Mug.

Original mug made from a tin by British POWs. Taking an empty tin the handle has been formed from either the lid or other scrap tin and then soldered to the main seam of the body. Solder was collected from other tins to allow this work to be accomplished. Unfortunately this example does not come with a specific history but has come from a very long standing POW collection and is unconditionally guaranteed to be original.
