An uncommon WW2 sweetheart badge celebrating the constituent parts of the Royal Navy Coastal Forces. Composed of three Belgian coins mounted on to a brass fitting with each coin with different initials - M.T.B. (Motor Torpedo Boats), M.G.B.s (Motor Gun Boats) and MA/SBs (Motor Anti-Submarine Boats). The date 1943 has been scratched to the reverse.
