WW2 German K98 Bayonet & Frog - matching numbers.

A good example of an early German K98 bayonet & frog with matching numbers to bayonet and scabbard. This bayonet has maker mark ' S/174 ' to ricasso for the firm WKC with 1937 date to blade spine & the serial number ' 7644b ' to both blade and scabbard. Both wood grips are in good order with working pommel catch & waffenamt markings to pommel top edge, release catch and scabbard tip. Contained in a unit marked frog ( markings are difficult to discern clearly ) which is in good, used condition but missing retention strap. Good, used example.
