Engraved Artillery Kukri.

Large and heavy engraved kukri with a double engraved blade, 38cm in length with a 1cm spine. To one side an Edwardian crown between foliate scrolls and to the other an artillery piece, again between scrolls. Polished horn handle with polished steel mounts. Contained in a leather mounted wooden scabbard with the two additional blades to the reverse. This example has a scabbard in a/f condition but the Kukri itself is in good condition with it's unusual engraving suggestive of being a pre Second World War presentation piece.
