WW1 MGC Cuff Rank Tunic.

A good example of a cuff rank tunic to a Major of the Territorials serving in the Machine Gun Corps. Particularly large size ( 44" + chest ). Good quality, well cut tunic with multi-piece Major's rank applied to cuffs. Fully lined with evidence of previous tailor's labels, now sadly missing. Bronzed MGC collar badges surmounting brass ' Ts ' to both collars with gilt MGC buttons by Jennens. Generous lower ' bag ' pockets with pleated breast pockets and brass belt hooks. Generally very good condition with some minor easily repairable moth damage.
