A WEHRMACHT/ARMY COMBAT BUCKLE AND LEATHER BELT.

An integral part of their uniform and often taken as souvenirs. This is a great combat belt and alloy belt buckle. Belt is in very good condition indeed. It’s been used and worn but the leather is supple and perfect complete with inner adjustment tongue. Buckle is the lightweight alloy type with no damage. All the original green colour has worn from the front pebbled area and the eagle. Slight traces remain. Much more of the green is visible on the reverse.
Maker marked to one edge. Leather ‘keeper’ marked with maker and dated 1938.
