WW2 British 2pr Weighted Brass Drill Round.

WW2 British 2pr tank and anti-tank weighted brass drill round. Wooden body with solid brass tip formed to the profile of the armour piercing round and a brass cap marked ' 2Pr. No.2 I with two dates for 1942 and 1943 ' featuring a dummy primer and secured by a flush mounted cross pin. This round was used for loading instruction to both tank and anti-tank mounted versions of the 2Pdr. weapon. Good, used condition with marking showing some surface abrasions.
