Ist Pattern ATS O/R's Cap.

A good example of the scarce 1st Pattern cap worn by ATS o/rs. Distinct with its stitched, soft peak and cloth chinstrap. Constructed from a serge barathea material with a rayon lining. Issue markings are present but are now indistinct with what appears to be a ' Q ' inspection mark indicating 1940 production. Penned owner's details written to the interior with signs of heavy wear. Appears to be moth free with some small snags.
