Early Prussian wehrpass to a Jäger Franz Scherkenbach of the 2nd Komp Jager Batallion No.8. Appears to have been a one year volunteer, a fabric worker who has gone on to serve with the Landwehr and includes various entry outlining his service from 1881 including training with the Gewehr 88 rifle. Also includes a certificate of service. Slightly tired condition but uncommon.
