A good example of an all steel Wehrmacht OR’s and NCO’s combat belt buckle.One piece steel belt buckle . retaining approx. 90% of it's original green finish maker marked ' R.S. & S.' to the reverse ( Richard Sieper und Söhne ). Good, untouched combat buckle.
