Coded AI-100-8-44 entitled ' What about Calling up Sam Levy ' a crude anti-semitic attempt to suggest that wives and girlfriends were busy seeing Jewish ' war dodgers ' in their absence. The second, a facsimile of a match book has a fold out section offering numerous ways to feign injury and illness to avoid combat. Both items have clearly been carried in a pocket for some times with tears creasing and some loss but are substantially intact and legible.
