LARGE FRAMED HITLER PHOTO BU HOFFMANN-USED IN LUFTWAFFE HQ.

A large period framed black and white photo of the infamous Third Reich leader by Hoffman. It’s in the original mounts with original frame and backing. Seems to have been exposed to heat at dome time as there is, what seems to be brown scorch marks to the mount on one side. Not affected the photo though. The reverse has the original hanging string and a great paper label ‘ Luftgaucommando Belgien etc etc’. It has the district and area too. Translates thus…”Air Sector Command Belgium/Northern France Department C construction BIV'.
I imagine this photo hung in the Commander's office or the Officers mess. Measures 21” x 17” overall.
