Condor Legion/Spanish Wound Badge in Black.

The Spanish Wound Badge (Verwundetenabzeichen Condor Legion) was instituted at 22-05-1939, to award the German wounded of the Spanish Civil War. The award is identical in design to the WW1 version with the addition of a swastika stamped into the helmet.
This example, a black award, is in die-stamped form with a block hinge and ' C ' catch to the reverse. 75% finish to obverse with wear to highlights.
