Geo.V Naval Master of Arms/ Warrant Officer's Sword.

WW1 period 1827 Patt. British Naval Master of Arms/Warrant Officer's Sword. This example retailed by James Cracknell of Portsea features an etched blade with half basket hilt featuring the Royal cypher all of which is gilded and lacquered. Bound fish skin grip with knot cording attached to hilt with gilded brass mounted leather scabbard. Blade with some slight patches of corrosion but otherwise bright and in excellent condition. Scabbard undamaged and solid with some cracking and losses to it's patent finish. Original bullion Naval knot which for some reason has been cut, complete in its chamois lined, leather case.
