Mid-war/late Infantry Assault badge in silver. Zinc construction with steel hinge, pin and hook and much of the original silvered finish now absorbed or dulled with a few patches left. Unmarked but showing some attributes of a Sohne, Heubach & Co manufacture but no clear attribution.
